Subeventa is a free outdoor event and activity space dedicated to students and youth in Lithuania. By accessing or using our website and facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Purpose of the Space

Subeventa is designed to support:

• Group projects

• Language learning

• Content creation (photo, video, podcasts)

• Student collaborations

• Friendly meetups and outdoor study/work

• Small community events and creative gatherings

We promote a safe, inclusive, and creative environment.

2. Usage & Booking

• All use of the space must be booked in advance via subeventa.com

• Bookings are free but must be confirmed before arrival

• You may not sublet or sell access to others

Cancellations: If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to benefit.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Treat the space with respect

• Clean up after themselves

• Be mindful of noise and surrounding neighbors

• Leave no personal belongings behind

• Supervise minors (if under 18)

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly not allowed:

• Vandalism or property damage

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech

• Alcohol or drug use

• Smoking within the space

• Commercial sales without prior written permission

• Unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior

5. Liability Disclaimer

• You use the space at your own risk.

• Subeventa is not responsible for injury, theft, damage, or loss during your use of the space.

• Users are liable for any damage they cause.
