Subeventa is a community-powered initiative backed by SUBWAY Vilnius, offering a free outdoor space for events, gatherings, and creative expression. Our mission is to support youth, students, and young creators by giving them a platform to connect, share ideas, and bring their visions to life. Whether you’re launching a project, organizing a meetup, or simply want to express yourself — Subeventa is here to help make it happen in an open, welcoming space made for the next generation.

FAQs

Who can book the space?

Anyone between 13–30 or working on youth-centered events can book the space. We welcome creative minds, clubs, and organizations.

Is it really free?

Yes! We offer our space free of charge for eligible youth events, workshops, and creative gatherings.

What facilities are available?

You’ll have access to a presentation screen, WiFi, seating, open-floor space, and support from our friendly team

Can I bring my own equipment or decorations?

Absolutely. We encourage personalization, as long as it respects the space and safety regulations.

How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 1 week in advance is ideal, but we accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

We’re inside Subway Vilnius, centrally located and easy to access by public transport..
